Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Practice, Alpharetta GA (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Alpharetta, GA caring for adults in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. No on-call duties.

Schedule

• 3 weekdays/week (Mon–Fri), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (scheduled across the week)
• Every other weekend: 1 shift, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Minimal weekend commitment; no on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care clinic
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage patient volume of ~2–2.2 patients/hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in patient and team interactions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $230,000–$280,000 + 20–30% incentive

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
