Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Clinic (Dallas, GA)

Join a growing outpatient team in Dallas, Georgia, where you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a supportive, team-based setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend coverage, and no on-call responsibilities—ideal for clinicians who value work-life balance and collaborative practice.

Work schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) with clinic hours 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs in a primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume of about 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine clinicians considered)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care
