Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Moses Lake, WA

We’re looking for an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our tight-knit team in Moses Lake, WA. You’ll work alongside nine board-certified EM physicians and three APPs at a Level III Trauma Center that sees about 25,000 ED visits a year. Our culture is collaborative and supportive—physicians enjoy teaching and working closely with APPs—and we pride ourselves on strong relationships with hospital services like hospitalists, general surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, and tele-neurology.

Shift & schedule details

• APP shifts: 2:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., overlapping with physician coverage (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.).
• Flexible scheduling designed to support work–life balance.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $151,200.

What we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with recent acute care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Emergency Department experience required due to the high-acuity and autonomous nature of the role.
• Comfortable working independently while knowing you have on-site physician support.
• Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
