Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — 100% Remote, Flexible Shifts, $210K–$220K

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a great fit whether you want supplemental shifts or are building a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases—including stroke alerts—using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Typical responsibilities:

• Deliver remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke presentations and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular interventions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and communicate findings clearly
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Thoroughly document encounters in the electronic medical record

Ideal candidate:

• MD or DO with Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status in Neurology
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely; stroke experience preferred, vascular neurology experience a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
