Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — 100% Remote, Flexible Shifts, $210220/hr

Board-certified or board-eligible neurologists needed for a fully remote locums tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. Provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Licenses in hand preferred for: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
