Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician — Hudson, FL

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Emergency Medicine physician to join our team on a locum tenens basis in Hudson, Florida. This role is a great fit if you want flexibility and the chance to work across varied emergency settings while delivering high-quality, time-sensitive care.

In this role you’ll evaluate and stabilize patients with a wide range of acute conditions. Typical responsibilities include taking focused histories, performing thorough physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and creating and executing treatment plans. You’ll provide medication management, perform minor procedures when needed, coordinate with consultants and inpatient teams, and ensure safe dispositions for patients.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
• Active Florida medical license
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
