Board-Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Primary Care (Boston, MA)

Seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to provide outpatient primary care in mission-driven practices in Massachusetts. The role focuses on evidence-based care for older adults and underserved populations within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Locations and Setting

• Practice sites: Boston, Brockton, Lynn, MA
• Outpatient-only clinics with strong clinical support teams
• Integrated care model with access to multidisciplinary resources
• Diverse patient population with complex social needs

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care to adult and geriatric patients
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and community resources
• Manage complex medical and social needs with confidentiality and professionalism
• Use EHR and clinical technologies for documentation, care coordination, and quality improvement
• Contribute to a team-based, non-hierarchical clinical environment

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (must obtain certification within one year if BE)
• Active Massachusetts medical license, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Clinical proficiency in primary care and geriatric care
• Strong communication skills; ability to connect with diverse patient populations
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Experience with EHR systems
• Commitment to serving underserved communities and working in a collaborative team
• Authorization to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $259,000–$270,000 plus full benefits package
