General Dentist — Community-Focused Practice in Roanoke Rapids, NC (FT, 4x10s)

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to a diverse, primarily underserved patient population at patient-centered medical/dental home clinics in northeastern North Carolina.

Clinic & Schedule

• Work at clinics equipped with digital imaging and eClinicalWorks (eCW) for electronic dental records and practice management.
• Typical schedule: four 10-hour days per week.
• Treat patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary: $165,000–$170,000 (based on experience).
• Sign-on bonus; relocation allowance if applicable.
• Annual continuing dental education allowance: up to $3,000 and 40 hours.
• Eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs (NHSC Scholars, Loan Repayment Program, Students to Service); potential state high-needs bonus for dentists without outstanding student loans.
