Outpatient Adult Primary Care Physician — 100% Clinic, MF, No Call, Community-Focused (Brockton, MA)

A well-established, multidisciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, MA seeks a full-time Adult Primary Care Physician to join its growing team. This 100% outpatient, clinic-based role focuses exclusively on adult medicine and offers a desirable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with no call and no weekend responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients in a busy outpatient setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to provide coordinated, team-based care
• Promote preventive health and patient education to improve long-term outcomes
• Support a patient-centered model with strong emphasis on community health and reducing disparities

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $220,000–$258,824 annually

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
• Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole preferred
• Prior experience in ambulatory care, community health, or public health settings preferred
