Outpatient Pediatrician – Established Family Practice in Paterson, NJ | No Call, Flexible Schedule

This is a fully outpatient role with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call. We offer a true work-life balance, with flexible full- or part-time schedules and optional Saturday shifts for providers who want extra hours.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to compassionate, family-focused pediatric care
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented practice

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $170,000–$200,000 annually (based on experience)
