Outpatient Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Mesa, AZ (100% Outpatient, Visa Sponsorship)

We’re looking for a caring, community-focused physician to join our outpatient team in Mesa, AZ. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys continuity care in a clinic setting—100% outpatient with minimal call—while working alongside a supportive, collaborative team.

Core requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Active DEA registration for controlled substance prescribing.
• Prior outpatient or family medicine experience preferred but not required.
