Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon (Locum) — Level III Trauma Center, Twin Falls ID

Join a busy Level III trauma center in Twin Falls, Idaho, caring for a wide variety of traumatic orthopedic injuries alongside a committed, multidisciplinary team. You’ll manage acute musculoskeletal injuries in both the emergency department and inpatient settings, providing operative and non-operative treatment and collaborating closely with emergency medicine, trauma surgery, hospitalists, and advanced practice providers to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Compensation: $3,850 per shift

What you’ll do

• Evaluate and treat patients with traumatic orthopedic injuries in a Level III trauma environment
• Perform operative and non-operative fracture management and related orthopedic procedures
• Provide consultations for ED and inpatient cases and participate in trauma call coverage
• Work as an integrated member of the care team to coordinate timely, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and quality standards

What we’re looking for

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma preferred
• Eligible for Idaho medical licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage complex trauma cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
