Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient family medicine care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, policy-compliant medical records
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in community health
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Cultural competence and ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient with basic clinical methods and electronic documentation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic business English skills
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
