What you’ll do

• Provide high-quality family medicine care in an outpatient setting
• Conduct clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and manage both chronic and acute conditions
• Maintain accurate, policy-compliant medical records
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Practice residency
• Board certified in Family Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in community health
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (not required)
• Cultural competency and comfort working with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong clinical knowledge and solid clinical skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and the public
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
