Locum Emergency Medicine Physician — Lake City, FL

We’re looking for a skilled Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Lake City, Florida. In this role you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients who come through our emergency department—managing a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries, performing procedures, and making rapid, patient-centered decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the full spectrum of emergency medicine.
• Perform emergency procedures and coordinate care with nurses, consultants, and support staff.
• Document encounters clearly and efficiently and participate in quality-improvement efforts.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing timely updates and disposition planning.

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
