Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Site Clinical Lead (Pittsfield, MA)

Full-time urgent care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position serving as Lead Provider in Pittsfield, MA. This leadership role requires an experienced APP to deliver high-quality, patient-centered urgent care while mentoring clinical staff and maintaining clinical standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as clinical leader for on-site clinical staff.
• Mentor, support, and precept new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals.
• Promote evidence-based practice and uphold high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols.
• Foster a collaborative, efficient, and safe care environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification from a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Massachusetts license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA license (must obtain/maintain).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred.
