Internal/Family Medicine Physician — Tucson, AZ | $190–246K + Sign‑On, Relocation & Loan Repayment

Our Community Health Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time Internal or Family Medicine physician (2–5 years’ experience preferred) to provide clinical leadership, supervise professional support staff, and deliver high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population. New graduates and J-1/H-1 visa candidates are welcome. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Compensation and incentives

• Salary: $190,000–$246,120

Core responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for staff
• Oversee and mentor professional support team members
• Maintain documentation, quality metrics, and compliance with clinic policies

Minimum qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified/recertified or board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine (preferred)
• Licensed to practice in Arizona or able to obtain licensure
• BLS certification required
• Completion and maintenance of annual CME requirements
• Professional licensure and DEA reimbursement
