Urgent Care Physician — Martinsburg, WV (3x12hr Rotating Shifts, Multi-Site)

Join a busy, multi-site urgent care network serving the Martinsburg, WV area as a flexible, patient-focused physician who thrives in a fast-paced setting and appreciates variety. You’ll deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages in a walk-in environment, floating between clinics as needed to help maintain seamless coverage.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries efficiently and with evidence-based care
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to achieve the best patient outcomes
• Float between urgent care locations according to the schedule
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows as part of our educational mission
• Keep accurate, timely medical documentation

Schedule and work environment

• Three 12-hour rotating shifts per week (no overnight shifts)
• Coverage includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays (clinics are closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Clinics are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Must have open availability and be comfortable covering multiple locations

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA registration required by start date
• Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred
