Locum CRNA — Weekdays Only (Mon–Fri), St. Augustine, FL — Orthopedics & General Surgery

Join a friendly anesthesia team in St. Augustine, FL, for a locum tenens role that offers a predictable, weekday-only schedule—no nights, no weekends, and no on-call duties. You’ll split your time between a busy surgery center and the hospital, providing anesthesia mainly for orthopedic and general surgery cases with occasional GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, ENT, and neuro cases.

Schedule and hours

• Monday–Friday
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• No on-call or weekend requirements

Practice environment

• Surgery center-focused with strong orthopedic volume
• Hospital coverage includes orthopedics, general surgery, GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, ENT, and neuro
• Majority of cases: general surgery and orthopedics

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia care across a variety of procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and manage post-anesthesia care
• Work closely with surgeons, fellow anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain high standards for patient safety and anesthesia best practices

Requirements

• Board-certified CRNA
• Active Florida CRNA license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
