Job Description
Join our team as a locum tenens Emergency Medicine Physician in Kissimmee, Florida, providing flexible, high-quality care across emergency department settings. This role involves delivering timely assessment and management of acute illnesses and injuries, performing thorough histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, initiating treatment plans (including medication management and minor procedures), stabilizing critically ill patients, and ensuring accurate documentation and continuity of care. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and support departmental flow during variable shift schedules.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Active Florida medical license
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
