Pulmonary Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) — Boston, MA Full-Time, Employed

Well-established, growing pulmonary practice located just south of Boston seeks a full-time Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, physician-led team. The role focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care within a supported clinical environment.

• Employment: Full-time, employed
• Salary: $110,000–$140,000 (DOE)

Primary responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
• Perform follow-up visits and ongoing disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (PFTs, imaging, labs)
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide patient education on disease management and prevention
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with pulmonologists and interdisciplinary care teams

Minimum qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Current NP or PA certification
• Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure
• Clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Prior pulmonary medicine experience preferred; new graduates with strong interest will be considered
