Travel OB/GYN Physician — Full-Time, Physician-Led Program (West Chester, PA)

Overview
Join a physician-led travel OB/GYN program based in West Chester, PA. This full-time role combines locums-style pay and covered travel with the stability of employment and benefits. Provide obstetric and gynecologic care for unassigned patients and respond to OB/GYN emergencies across assigned Pennsylvania hospitals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care for unassigned and triage patients
• Manage OB/GYN emergencies and admissions at assigned hospitals
• Ensure patient safety, continuity of care, and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff, consultants, and the physician network
• Participate in on-call coverage and coordination with local teams

Schedule

• 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately)
• Roughly 21 days off per month
• Flexible scheduling with advance notice

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual pay: $300,000–$340,000
• Rates comparable to locum tenens; travel expenses fully covered

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility for PA licensure
• Current DEA registration
