Hospital-Employed General Anesthesiologist — Littleton, NH (Full-Time, Call; $550K–$650K+)

We’re looking for a skilled, dedicated Anesthesiology Physician to join our team full time in Littleton, NH. In this hospital-employed role you’ll deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases, working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other members of the care team to optimize patient outcomes. The position includes participation in an on-call rotation (details to be discussed during the interview).

What you’ll do

• Provide general anesthesiology services in a hospital setting for a broad range of procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical team and perioperative staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Participate in on-call coverage to support after-hours and emergent cases
• Contribute to a team-focused, patient-centered environment at our 25-bed access hospital, one of the largest Critical Access facilities in the country

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $550,000–$650,000 plus bonuses

Minimum qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
• Completed residency training in Anesthesiology
• Active New Hampshire medical license or ability to obtain licensure
