A well-established, privately owned pain management practice in Panama City, FL is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible interventional pain physician to join a growing, physician-led team. This opportunity suits physicians trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who prefer a high-volume, procedure-focused outpatient practice with strong referral streams and long-term earning potential.

Compensation and benefits:

• Year 1 base salary $375,000–$425,000+

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology

• Strong procedural skills, commitment to evidence-based pain management, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities
