Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — 4x10s, 3-Day Weekends, $275–325K, NH

We’re looking for a full-time outpatient Family or Internal Medicine physician (BC or BE) to join a long-standing primary care practice in Littleton, NH. Our team has served the Grafton community for over a century and has a strong, established patient base—so you’ll be able to build a meaningful caseload quickly.

What the role looks like

• Four 10-hour weekday shifts (you’ll have either Monday or Friday off).
• Call is 1:4 and is phone only—hospitalists handle admissions.
• Typical patient volume is about 15–20 patients per day, with appointment times that range from 20 to 40 minutes.
• We use Cerner as our EMR.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive base salary: $275,000–$325,000, DOE.

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• New Hampshire medical license and DEA required.
