Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive adult medicine care in a community health setting
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, perform preventive care and health maintenance
• Collaborate with behavioral health and other on-site services to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinic policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical skills, bedside manner, and interpersonal/communication skills
