Family Medicine Physician — FQHC Opportunity in Tallahassee, FL (Guaranteed $185K + Benefits)

Join a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center serving North Florida, with locations including Tallahassee. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, affordable medical and dental care to families as a Family Medicine Physician. You will manage proactive care coordination, address chronic conditions, and identify wellness and preventive services for patients across the lifespan, working closely with clinical staff and reporting to the site medical director.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient care: examine, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages following clinic policies and protocols.
• Lead proactive care coordination and chronic disease management.
• Identify and promote wellness and preventive services.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to plan and implement quality and service improvements.

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed salary: $185,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completed or current resident in an accredited residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates and current residents encouraged to apply
