Float Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Phoenix, AZ (Full-Time)

Full-time position in West Phoenix, AZ. Provide versatile, comprehensive primary care across multiple clinic locations as a floating Family Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered primary care: history, exam, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions common to family medicine.
• Perform assessments, order/interprete labs and imaging, and prescribe per scope (DEA required).
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure continuity.
• Provide patient education, preventive care, and counseling.
• Adapt practice to different clinical settings and workflows as a float provider.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical policies and quality standards.

Minimum requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner focus.
• Active FNP certification.
• Current Arizona RN/APRN licensure and active DEA registration.
• Experience in family medicine or primary care.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying clinical environments.
