Internal or Family Medicine Physician — Full-Time Primary Care Position, Phoenix AZ

Join our team in West Phoenix, AZ as a full‑time physician delivering high-quality primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative practice, providing a full spectrum of outpatient services with an emphasis on preventive care, health maintenance, and the diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic conditions.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care visits, from routine exams to acute problem visits.
• Lead preventive care initiatives and screenings to help patients stay well.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD with evidence-based plans.
• Educate and empower patients and families to make informed health decisions.

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills and a patient-centered approach.
