Emergency Medicine Physician — Killeen, TX (Sign‑on & Relocation Bonuses, $300/hr)

Join a busy, well-resourced emergency department in Killeen, Texas, where you’ll practice high-quality, patient-centered care in a 30-bed ED that sees more than 50,000 visits per year and serves as a Level IV Trauma Center. We’re looking for an Emergency Medicine physician who thrives in a fast-paced setting, values teamwork, and wants flexible scheduling and strong institutional support.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute medical and trauma conditions.
• Provide care across the acuity spectrum, including high-acuity and trauma cases appropriate for a Level IV trauma center.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, safe, and coordinated care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety.

Schedule and work structure:

• Flexible scheduling with four shift types: Day, AM Swing, PM Swing, and Night.
• Option to work three consecutive shifts for better consistency and work–life balance.

Qualifications:

• ABEM board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
