Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner — Littleton, NH (FT, $110–130K)

Join an established orthopedic practice in Littleton, NH as a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with orthopedic experience and competency in trigger point injections.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, review histories, and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions (fractures, sprains, arthritis, etc.).
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (x-ray, MRI, labs).
• Develop and manage treatment plans including medications, physical therapy, injections, and referrals for surgery.
• Assist in and perform procedure-level care as appropriate (arthroscopy, fracture management, joint procedures) within scope of practice.
• Prescribe and monitor rehabilitation protocols and provide patient education on injury prevention and musculoskeletal health.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physical and occupational therapists, and other providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

Requirements

• Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
• New Hampshire state licensure and DEA registration.
• Experience in orthopedic practice and trigger point injections required.

Compensation & benefits
