Partnership-Track General Anesthesiologist — Bethlehem, PA (Full-Time)

Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Overview

• Private anesthesia practice with 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs seeking a full-time, partnership-track anesthesiologist due to network growth.
• Open to generalists with strong regional anesthesia skills. Residents graduating in 2022 welcome to apply; fellowship-trained applicants will receive strong consideration.

Clinical scope

• Dedicated, fellowship-trained CT anesthesia team providing cardiac care.
• Other services: orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular, and general surgery.

Call schedule

• In-house (first call): once every 14 days.
  • Weekdays: starts 3–4 PM and ends 7 AM the next day.
  • Weekends: 24-hour in-house call (7 AM–7 AM); you are supported by 2–3 CRNAs on 24-hour call.
• Backup (second call): also every 14 days.

Compensation & partnership

• Year 1 salary: $400,000; Year 2: $425,000.
• Partnership vote at 18 months; partnership granted at completion of 2 years.
• Average partnered compensation: >$450,000 annually.
