Rate: $1,407 per 35-hour week

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license at time of submission (documented) — REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience — REQUIRED
• LTC or Rehab experience — REQUIRED
• New graduates considered only if they have Level II clinical experience (Level I observation alone is insufficient)
• Resume — REQUIRED
• Skills checklist completed within the past 12 months — REQUIRED
• 0–1 professional reference at time of submission — REQUIRED
