Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under facility protocols, collaborating with physicians and clinical team members.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately.
• Manage wound care, including cleansing, dressing changes, and monitoring for infection or complications.
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and clinical changes promptly and thoroughly.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and communicate care plans to patients and families; provide education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and adhere to infection-control and safety standards.
