Compensation:

• Local PPW: $900 / 36 hours ($25.00/hour)
• Travel PPW: $900 / 36 hours ($25.00/hour)

Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• Current BLS certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and patient status changes
• Clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
