Join a 14-week contract/travel assignment in Concord, NH beginning June 8, 2026. Schedule: 06:45–15:15. Compensation: $1,600 per 40-hour week (Local/Travel) — $40/hour.
Required credentials:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
- BLS certification
Core responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments; monitor and document responses
- Perform wound care (cleaning, dressing, evaluation) and monitor for infection or complications
- Continuously monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care instructions
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
