Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously; report changes promptly.
• Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection/complications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Respond quickly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
