- Call only coverage with 1 in 3 call ratio
- 6 phone consults per 24 hours with variable admissions
- 77-bed department with inpatient and outpatient duties
- Arthroscopy and total joint replacement required
- Fracture care and ER call coverage
- 20-minute call response time required
- Joint revision and repair skills needed
- BLS certification required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
