Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Clayton, NM (14-week Contract)

We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 14-week contract in Clayton, NM, starting June 1, 2026. This role follows a 06:00–18:30 schedule. Compensation varies by status: Local pay is $29/hour (Local PPW: $1,044 for a 36-hour week) and Travel pay is $30/hour (Travel PPW: $1,080 for a 36-hour week).

What you’ll bring

• Active, current LPN license for the state.
• BLS certification.

What you’ll do day-to-day

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under RN or physician direction.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and give medications and treatments as ordered.
• Manage wound care: evaluate wounds, clean and dress them, and watch for signs of infection or other complications.
• Regularly monitor and chart vital signs and changes in patient condition.
• Keep accurate patient records and teach patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and at-home care.
• Respond quickly and professionally in emergencies and follow established infection control practices.

This assignment is contract/travel and located in Clayton, NM.
