Requirements:

• Active Hawaii RN license required before contract start
• Minimum 5 years RN experience (long-term care experience preferred)
• Ability to work rotating shifts and consecutive weekends as needed

Scope:

• Provide nursing care in a long-term care setting per facility policies and state regulations
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care; document per standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in care coordination
• Maintain compliance with infection control, medication administration, and reporting procedures

Certifications/Training:

• Current BLS required (or as required by facility)
• Additional certifications per facility may be required prior to start (e.g., ACLS, PALS)
