Contract/Travel opportunity in Middletown, RI — 14-week assignment beginning June 8, 2026. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30. Compensation: Local PPW $1,750 (35 hours) / Local rate $50/hr.
You will assess patients’ physical and cognitive function and home or work environments to identify limitations and establish measurable goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic approaches to improve daily living skills. Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices. Provide patient- and family-centered education to promote independence and effective condition management. Monitor, document, and adjust treatment based on ongoing progress, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements: Active Occupational Therapy state license and current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the Red Cross (including AED).
