Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 14-Week Contract in Skowhegan, ME (06:00 AM06:30 PM)

We’re looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join a contract/local assignment in Skowhegan, ME. This position begins June 4, 2026 and runs for 14 weeks, with a schedule of 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Pay is $37/hour (local and travel).

What you’ll bring:

• An active, valid LPN license for the state.
• Current BLS certification.
• A state or federally issued photo ID to present at the facility and a photo badge worn while on site.
• Compliance with employer COVID-19 vaccine policy — either proof of original/updated vaccination or a documented medical/religious exemption. Additional doses may be required where mandated by law.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Plan and carry out nursing care, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, intervene as needed, and document progress.
• Collaborate with the care team on treatment plans, assist with procedures, and keep accurate records.
• Document all nursing activities, including assessments, interventions, and patient education, in the medical record.
• Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, support order, and supervise patient conduct when necessary.
