Travel LPN/LVN Long Term Care Nights (Claremont, NH)

We’re looking for an experienced LPN to join a long-term care team in Claremont, NH starting 06/16/2026. This is a contract/travel night position working 16-hour shifts (nights), every other weekend, with a pay rate of $2,002 per 48 hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care in a long-term care setting.
• Float to other units as needed when within your experience.
• Administer medications and IV therapy (IV certification required or must be willing to obtain during onboarding).
• Collaborate with the care team to support resident care plans and documentation.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience (at least one of those years within the last 6 months).
• New Hampshire license (compact licenses accepted).
• BLS (AHA) current.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
• IV certification or willingness to get certified during onboarding.
• Willingness to float where experienced.
• Locals residing within 50 miles of the facility (permanent address) are not eligible.
• Previous travel nursing experience and rural/small-facility experience are highly preferred.
