Rate: $1,930/36-hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Iowa)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS and ACLS current
• Prior ICU and/or med-surg experience preferred
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to perform in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and intensive care patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuous patient monitoring
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and other treatments
• Manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, and critical care equipment
• Recognize and respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Accurately document care and patient status in the EMR
