Director of Nursing (RN, BSN) — Derry, NH — 12-Week Contract (Starts 6/15/2026)

Location: Derry, NH | Start: June 15, 2026 | Duration: 12 weeks | Schedule: Mon–Fri | Rate: Local PPW $2,960/40 hrs (Local: $74/hr)

We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee clinical operations, staff development, and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will promote a collaborative work culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Coordinate and manage patient care delivery in accordance with facility policies and clinical protocols.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Maintain quality assurance, regulatory compliance, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Oversee and manage the nursing department budget efficiently.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and address concerns to support high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Prior nursing leadership experience, preferably as a Director of Nursing.
• BLS certification.
