We’re looking for an OB/GYN physician to provide locum tenens coverage in Cleveland, OH from September 7, 2026 through December 7, 2026. This position is outpatient-based with in-house clinical coverage and call responsibilities.
Schedule
- Weekday clinical shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call weekdays: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend on-call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Call type: in-house
What you’ll be covering
- In-house OB and GYN services with resident supervision
- Responding to pages from the answering service and providing day-call coverage as needed
- Managing transfers from the ED and performing GYN procedures including D&E, D&C, and Cesarean sections
Patient mix and volume
- Case mix: roughly 66% obstetrics, 33% gynecology
- Patient volume/census: to be determined
Facility and support
- EMR: Epic (Stork)
- Maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) backup is available
Qualifications
- Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Universal license (IMLC) accepted
- Clean background required
- NPDB self-query and submission completed within the last 6 months
If you’re comfortable with hands-on OB/GYN inpatient and ED transfers, supervising trainees, and managing a mix of obstetric and gynecologic procedures, this is a great short-term opportunity in Cleveland.
