Position Highlights

  • Pulmonary/Critical Care (Intensivist) role within an established, professionally managed group
  • Well-balanced clinic and ICU workload
  • Flexible schedule, i.e., 7on - 7off
  • Option to work in the hospital and clinic or hospital only
  • 11-bed ICU at a 161-bed acute care hospital
  • Average 10-20 patients per day in hospital and 6 per day in clinic
  • Level 4 Trauma Center and designated Primary Stroke Center
  • 24/7 hospitalist and anesthesia services on-site
  • Robust primary care referral base
  • APP working in clinic
  • Office within walking distance of the hospital
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with partnership options

Candidate Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Board eligible or board certified in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine (ABIM)
  • U.S. residency training required
  • Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain
