Assignment Type: Locum Tenens — Hospital-based, clinical-only
Coverage Window: Begins August 10, 2026 and ongoing
Shift Pattern: Mix of 8- and 10-hour clinical shifts

What you’ll be doing

• Provide anesthesia care for adult patients across a broad surgical mix: general and robotic surgery, GYN, urology, orthopedics, ENT, neuro spine and craniotomy, vascular, and endoscopy.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and post-anesthesia assessments, manage airways, deliver both general and regional anesthesia, and support endoscopy anesthesia needs.
• Monitor patients during procedures and recovery, collaborate under a medically supervised model with anesthesiologists and surgical teams, and follow facility protocols to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Facility & team

• Hospital setting using Epic as the EMR (Epic experience is required, non-negotiable).
• Standard hospital equipment and full perioperative support: anesthesiologists, surgical staff, and nursing staff available.
• Specialty backup provided by the anesthesiology team.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina CRNA license and current CRNA certification.
• BLS and ACLS as required by facility.
• Hospital-based CRNA experience preferred.
• Must comply with a 60-mile radius rule for coverage.

Privileges, credentialing & logistics

• Hospital privileges required; credentialing typically takes about 90 days.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
• Rate: TBD.
