• Cases: Open heart, major vascular, cardiac, thoracic, general surgery, ASC cases.

Facility and support

• Trauma level: None.
• EMR: Epic.
• Specialty backup: Cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, anesthesiology.
• Support staff: Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgical teams, nursing staff.

Privileges and compliance

• Hospital privileges required.
• Credentialing timeline: ~90 days.

Required procedures/clinical experience

• Adult open heart cases (recent experience required).
• Major vascular procedures.
• Cardiac and thoracic anesthesia.
• General anesthesia cases.

Licensure, certification, and qualifications

• Active South Carolina CRNA license.
• Current CRNA certification/board certification.
• DEA as required by facility.
• BLS and ACLS; any additional facility-required certifications.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Must comply with 50-mile radius rule.
• Willingness to take cardiac call.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for adult open heart, major vascular, cardiac, thoracic, and general surgery cases.
• Participate in cardiac call rotation and respond per facility expectations.
• Provide general anesthesia coverage when assigned.
• Document accurately in Epic.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams.
• Travel to alternate locations as needed to support coverage.
