Compensation:

• Local: $1,152 per 36-hour week ($32.00/hour)
• Travel: $1,188 per 36-hour week ($33.00/hour)

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
• Perform patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control procedures
